Description: In 2013, our Principal of Operations surveyed the Jiaming Centre for the purpose of establishing BOMA Office space classification and area allocations. With a built area of over 1 million square feet, and both retail and office floors, this was a milestone project for establishing our knowledge base regarding the finer points of BOMA Measurement Standards.
