About This Project

Riverpark Properties, one of our valued clients, recently expanded their management portfolio by acquiring several properties. Beyond financial metrics, they recognize the critical role that physical data plays in effective property management. Our team was tasked with surveying these assets, capturing essential information related to the buildings, units, and site.

Here are the key components we addressed:

  1. Site Plans:
    • We meticulously mapped out the Exterior Building Footprints, including entry/exit points and delivery openings.
    • Topographical features, such as sidewalks, curbs, and hardscaping elements (like planters and steps), were documented.
    • Surface utilities—transformer boxes, guidewires, utility poles—were precisely located.
    • Light standards, fixed signs, and painted traffic lines (both auto and pedestrian) were part of our comprehensive survey.
    • We also considered adjacent walkways, cycleways, roadways, and other surface city infrastructure.
  2. Building Floor Plans:
    • Our detailed drawings included architectural and structural components.
    • Tenant improvements were documented.
    • BOMA floor area calculations were provided for accurate space accounting.

By combining market insights, financial data, and thorough physical documentation, Riverpark Properties is well-equipped to optimize planning, marketing, and maintenance strategies. These property management plans serve as valuable resources, enhancing overall efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
