Loblaws has a large dynamic portfolio of grocery stores and drug stores. Their store planning team is an agile group who must move quickly when undertaking store relocations, rebranding, and other related changes. They recognize the value of a rapidly delivered, yet comprehensive site survey.
When a rebranding of a pharmacy and medical clinic in Scarborough, ON was undertaken, Loblaws reached out for a site survey request. We deployed within 2 days of the request, collected a detailed trove of data on site, and delivered a comprehensive set of as-built plans 4 business days from the start of the site visit. The plans included current fixturing, detailed ceiling plan, exterior elevations, electrical components, mechanical components, and more.
