Our Client

Located in the heart of Calgary’s beltline district, and featuring multi-national tenants like Google and IBM, this ~366,000 square foot property was given new life when a major renovation was completed in March, 2022. Interior and exterior space at the three building complex was reconfigured.

With new ownership, new tenancies, and additional space, the JLL property management team requested new BOMA floor area measurements utilizing the most current BOMA standard.

The Project

Our survey team got to work taking detailed measurements and identifying all space usages throughout the facility.

Given the diversity of common areas, this project gave our newer team members a real-world opportunity to dig into the finer points of the BOMA measurement standards under the oversight of our principal of operations.

A comprehensive 61 page drawing set was delivered to our client with floor by floor area analysis and certifications for each tenant space.
