About the Project:
After a successful completion of as-built surveys for our client in BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, we were asked to produce as-built drawings at their Halifax property to facilitate accurate takeoffs for refinishing work.
Execution Plan:
Our survey dates coincided with an especially busy time for the hotel operations. Our Survey Project Manager, Clarence Sarile, developed a discreet access plan along with the hotel management that minimized the impact on the guest experience.
Our team has now completed hotel surveys in BC and Yukon, the Prairie Provinces, Quebec, and the Maritimes.
The Deliverables:
We incorporated matterport pro 3 scanning along with site measurement and input to produce both a virtual tour experience for project stakeholders, as well as surveyed plans. Our team has now completed hotel surveys in BC and Yukon, the Prairie Provinces, Quebec, and the Maritimes.
