Our Client

This distinctive two tower office and retail complex was designed by the international architectural firm, schlaich bergemann partner (sbp). In 2013, the operations and management team were seeking to achieve a BOMA Best Certification for the property.

One of the certification requirements was a full floor area audit as per the current BOMA office standard at that time.

The Project

As-Built Measuring Services travelled to Beijing in July, 2013 to undertake a thorough BOMA Floor Measurement Survey. Utilizing existing drawing files, we verified measurements and space classification throughout the building.

After a thorough space audit on site, we delivered a document package consisting of floor plans with space classifications, area charts, and certified floor plans.

Through the application of world class facility management processes, as well as thorough, accurate space accounting, the Jiaming Center achieved BOMA Best Certification. This designation helped them attract and retain key building tenants.
