Project Management Services. The project manager works with the client and designer to develop design standards, and then directs the design, permitting, tendering, and construction at all locations.
The project management team recognized the value that our comprehensive pre-construction surveys can bring to the project. In one site visit, we capture architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment details, along with detailed photo documentation. With a single source of site-verified data, the need for site visits by the design and engineering consultants is significantly reduced. Thanks to our experienced site surveyors working with dedicated back-office drafting support, the as-builts and photo documentation can be turned around within 1-2 days of the site visit.
